Nadine and Godlove from circle of live Safari had worked out a two-week safari through the north of Tanzania for us. The round trip was dramaturgically built up and among other things also tailored for our two sons of 11 and 13 years. They inquired exactly about our wishes and found very varied accommodations. The lodges or tents all had a good quality standard. The hospitality there was also great.
The program points (Walking Safaris, Hot Spring, Waterfall, Village-Visit, Tucktuck-Race…) provided for exciting changes.
Godlove, who was our local guide, did an excellent job. You just have to like him. As a family he showed us sensitivity and a lot of empathy. He is very familiar with the area and knows his vehicle very well. His good knowledge of car mechanics and his love for his Toyota Landcruiser were reassuring. He made sure that the road dust in and on the car was always gone the next morning.
Through his 16 years of professional experience, he has a very extensive knowledge of the landscape, people and animals. He knows the language of the animals and where they are. By being able to reproduce animal sounds very well, it was often possible for us to photograph the stunned animals in their silence. He also has good contacts to many other guides and receives the latest information about where the special animals are. The communication among each other worked very well in English.
Looking back, we found the safari a bit too long (but it was our wish) and the driving was sometimes very exhausting. We had underestimated the distances and the poorly constructed roads. (sometimes the “road” only allows 5km/h) Therefore we would recommend to shorten our tour with children by the stops in Lake Manyara and Lake Natron. Nevertheless the team of “Circle of live Safari” knew how to equip these stations with great highlights as well.
Thank you for the great all-round service. Our whole family felt very comfortable and enjoyed every day. We will forever keep this trip in great memory.

“I went on safari with Circle of Life Safari with my sisters and it was absolutely fantastic. Nadine was very helpful throughout the whole planning and booking process, replying quickly to any questions that we sent her. We were really happy with the service and decided to go for a 3days safari, spending one night in the serengeti and the other one in the ngorongoro crater.
We had a great driver (Godlove) and a chef (Rama) who cooked lots of tasty food every day. Godlove is a very friendly and funny guy, well experienced with the bush, professional and knowledgeable.
It was unforgettable and unique to see the animals in their natural habitat, it’s definitely a once-in-a-lifetime thing to do!
Everything was very top-notch and exceeded all our expectations, we recommend Circle of Life Safari to any traveler with no hesitation! Great value and great service.
